Why are you moving to a new website?
We’re upgrading from our current Squarespace site to a brand-new Shopify store to give you a smoother, faster and easier shopping experience. You’ll notice a fresh design, improved product filters, easier checkout, and better tracking options — all designed to make finding your next pair of Jo & Joe slippers or loafers even simpler.
When will the new website launch?
We’re aiming to launch our new Shopify website very soon! You may notice a short period where our website is being updated — but don’t worry, we’ll be back online quickly.
What happens to my existing account?
If you already have an account with us you may need to reset your password or re-activate your account. You can do this by choosing the 'Account' button on the top right of the menu, inputting your email address and following the instructions to reset your password. You can also reset your password when you complete checkout for your next order.
What about my previous orders?
All recent orders placed through our Squarespace website will still be processed and delivered as normal. You don’t need to do anything — your order and tracking will not be affected by the website move.
What if I need to return or exchange something I bought on the old site?
No problem at all! Our returns policy remains the same, and you can still return your items within 30 days of receipt. Simply email our team at info@joandjoecollection.co.uk for the returns address and we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, no matter which website you ordered from.
What about my delivery or tracking?
Any orders placed before the website changeover will still be shipped on time and tracked in the usual way. Once we move to Shopify, you’ll see improved order tracking and status updates — so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
Will prices or products change?
Our styles, prices and stock availability will stay the same — it’s still the same Jo & Joe collection you know and love! You might just find it easier to browse your favourites thanks to clearer categories, improved size filters, and better product photos.
Will my email newsletters still work?
Yes! If you’re already subscribed to our emails, you’ll continue to receive updates, offers and news from us. If you’re new to Jo & Joe, our new website will make it even easier to sign up and stay in touch.
Will you still be the same Jo & Joe?
Absolutely. Same brand. Same team. Same slippers you love — just with a much better website experience! Our move to Shopify simply means a more seamless way to shop, track, and stay connected with us.
